Tooling Specialist

SDMS Tooling Specialists help to troubleshoot alongside engineers and supervisors to get the longest possible life from each tool providing superior quality throughput and to ensure production needs are met. Tooling Specialists also stay up to date with the latest technologies and will introduce you to new technology and improved designs to increase quality, safety or cost savings. Tooling Specialists monitor and report on all tooling tests and work with manufacturers to provide year over year Cost Per Piece reduction plans.
