Grinding Specialist

SDMS Grinding Specialists work alongside supervisors and engineers and act as a single point contact to help resolve grinding-impacted problems in manufacturing offering solutions to ensure production flow. They work with Commodity Manager Customer Service to ensure abnormal abrasive use issues and abrasive availability do not interrupt production. Grinding Specialists monitor and report on all grinding tests and work with manufacturers to provide year over year Cost Per Piece reduction plans.
